Jeff "Happy" Shulman is the editor of Card Player magazine and is a respected member of the poker community. Jeff Shulman also writes articles for the poker magazine. Born in Seattle, Jeff Shulman has been playing poker for as long as he can remember.

Jeff Shulman's first major accomplishment in poker tournaments took place in 2000 when he finished 7th in the World Series of Poker. In the same year he proved to be a solid tournament player by finishing second in the Legends of Poker event.
